Since its inception in 2004, Espiga Blanca has been the jewel of Delicat Aliment, a family business with more than 20 years of experience in the production and distribution of gourmet products.

In that year, the idea of making something unique was born, bread products that would not only stand out for their flavor, but also captivate with their textures, consistencies and raw materials of the highest quality.

In our small bakery located in Caldes de Montbui, there is a team of people who work to ensure the quality of each bread that comes out of our bakery.

Each piece is the result of the fusion of manual processes and the careful operation of specialized machinery.
